A couple new pieces, including one done with pencil. Haven't tried that in awhile.

All three will be mailed out to conventions this week, assuming I get my ass in gear.
EDIT: Weird, I just found out that my old pencil butterfly fairy came in 5th over at ArtWanted.com's Mythical Fairy contest. I had forgotten I'd even entered. Of course, only the first 4 win Stuff(tm) but, hey, 5th ain't that bad out of 115 entries.

Date: 2005-06-16 03:33 pm (UTC)And the girl's face in Follow is particularly good, though I might get this impression
from me being so fascinated that you can't see her eyes at all, which makes her a little creepy,
which is entirely appropriate, to my mind.
Also, the fact that you can only see the nose of the little critter in Guardian Tree
is adorable. *bounce bounce*
Good luck with 'em at conventions...
and congratulations on the 5th place. Nice. :-)

Date: 2005-06-16 03:43 pm (UTC)I actually think the Follow picture is sort of creepy. I won't go with her, that's for sure. Something about the mouth says she's got a surprise waiting and you probably won't like it.
