Wanna go!

I really want to go to at least one of these two hunter paces this year. Great Brook Farm is about 3 miles from my house and has gorgeous trails. The Boy and I hike over there quite often and I always wanted to ride there. Its got lots of nice, well groomed paths that are more than wide enough to really open up on. They've even got a cross country course set up full time. Of course, the icecream stand is also a big plus. Nothing like finding a rider sharing a cone with her horse (and getting icecream slobbers all over her shirt) to give you a big "I've done that" grin.

Now to figure out how I'm getting there and who I can beg, bully, or bribe into riding with me. I wonder if the North Bridge Hounds will actually bring the pack to the pace ...

I want to do these, but have no trailer *sad face* so getting there is the main issue. I'm a hack from Bradley Palmer, but loved the one pace I did at Great Brook.

hmmm...must find hauler. Great Brook is so pretty and every year I say I'm going to go to one of their hunter paces and every year I don't. Bah! This year will be the year.

I hope so too. Gypsy has a very nice jump in her, though she is still new to it.
