tired eyes and art
Dec. 5th, 2003 12:56 pmYuck, eyes are still being goofy. Its like they are really tired after only a few hours of being awake. I'm trying to be good and take breaks and stuff but its just not working. If this keeps up, I'm going to have to go see someone about it. Stupid eyes.
In other news, I have once again been smacked upside the head with the "art pricing" delima. Anyone out there want to give an opinion on what you would pay for one of my 9x12s? How bout the 15x20s?
Its tough, ya know? I want to make a decent amount of money off of my originals but at the same time, I want to actually sell them. A hundred in the hand is worth more than a thousand on the price tag. The folks over at Epi are saying $200 to $500 and up for the 9x12s. Seeing how I was going to min bid the big stuff at $500, I'm now just more confused. Here's the discussion as it now stands.
Also, limited edition 11x14s of End of the Storm are on their way and should show up any day now. I am going to ask $22 for them. I only have 5 coming in as the first batch. If the colors are okay, I'll make a run of 25 total. First set of color tests for Autumn Fading should show up at the same time. Likewise, I'll be doing a run of 25 of that one.
