ugh

Made it in to work today...only took 1.5 hours to go 6 miles. Blargh, and now its almost lunch time.

you know its winter when...

the nose bleeds start. Have had at least one a day for the last week. And the Boy wonders why the answer to every food question is "broccoli" right now...can you say "low iron count"?
