My work got accepted by the DragonCon jury. Anyone going this year should look for it. I'll have one panel, probably mostly prints since I'm hoping to do WorldCon as well and they are within weeks of each other.
If you wanted to show DragonCon, haven't passed jury yet and wanted to mail in, you are SOL. To keep the mail in amount down this year, they only accepted mail in applications from the first round of jurying. The second jury round's deadline is soon, though, and they expect it to be the last so move it if you want in.
I need to figure out what to do about WorldCon. On one hand, it seems silly to mail to a place 15 minutes from my house. On the other hand, they say you HAVE to have a membership to personally hang your art and I don't want to buy a membership. $180 for a con I won't be attending is a little much...no, its a lot much. I think I'll write to them and see what they say. If all else fails, I guess I'll mail in.
