a very cold "ugh"
Dec. 7th, 2004 02:15 pmSo you'd think Alburquerque, being a desert, would be relatively warm or at least non-snowy. You'd be wrong. We've been having snow showers for the last two days. And its cold. Its more wintery here than it was back home.
The mountains outside of the airforce base are beautiful, though. Wish I had the time to go visit them but its not going to happen. We didn't leave the base until about 8:30 last night. Seeing how we got there at 7:30 in the morning, I had exactly enough energy to drive back to the hotel and fall over. At least I managed to get my flight home rearraged so that I'll be back in Boston for the entire weekend instead of just Sunday.
