Calling all Stitchers

pancua and I decided that its time to start up the Stitch & Bitches. Since my house is more settled, festivities will be happening there. Currently we're looking at either Tuesday/Wednesday or Friday of next week probably around 6:30 or so. Anyone has an opinion, speak up.

Basic layout of a Stitch & Bitch, for those of you who haven't come to one yet...

People show up
Food is either ordered or made
People work on crafts, sewing, whatnot
People complain and poke fun and generally unwind
Much fun is had

You do not need your own sewing machine - mine are always available but they are also notoriously persnickity. Room is available if you want to bring one.

You do not need to sew. Bring needlework, knitting, whatever. Alot of times, people bring patterns and material to get help doing the initial layout. Its easier to pin things down if you have 3 people helping. Depending on how close my next show is, I'm often painting.

You don't need to be female. We have at least one guy who comes regularly and two more who show up every now and then.

There are 2 ferrets and 2 cats in the house so medicate approbriately. Let me know who wants to come and if you have a day/time preference.

Arisia '05??

I just filled out my art show reservation for Arisia and noticed that their web page has changed. I distinctly remember seeing WETA Digital listed under the guests of honor a month ago, now they aren't mentioned anywhere. Is my memory on crack or did they change the GOH list?

My inspiration for actually attending the con pretty much went *splut*, by the way.
