Well, that settles that

The maintenance guy called back this morning and condemned our furnace.

He wanted to start replacing it today but we're going to do it tomorrow. We turned the thermostat down to 50 so hopefully it'll only fire up once or twice today.

I'll be working at home tomorrow and coming in to the city later in the evening to drop off my art at Arisia.
