Oil painting #2

Is done and varnished and on its way into a frame, never to be touched again*

( for you slow connection folks )

Most of this painting I am not longer happy with. I've been staring at it too long to like it much anymore. The cresting wave, however, is still squeal worthy. I may never have to paint another wave again thanks to that one.

* - barring when I send it out to conventions, which given the current economy, will be never.
