sleep is for the weak
Nov. 6th, 2002 10:52 amguess that makes me weak, right?
After staying up entirely to much last weekend due to the party and stuff, I ended up going to bed around 8:30 Monday night. I didn't get out of bed until 7:30 yesterday. Yuck. I hate wasting an entire evening by sleeping. On the up side, I felt incredible yesterday, lots of energy, bouncing everywhere. On the down side, I had nothing to do at work and ended up bouncing around my office and up the stairs and down to the bank and over to the post office until I finally decided to go home and stop wasting my time. Oh, and I managed to lose my car in the parking garage at work. I forgot which stairwell I had come down in the morning and had to run all over the 3rd floor looking for my car.
Still no work today and I got in at 7:45. They were sweeping our street for leaves at 7:00 so we had to have our cars elsewhere by then. Work seemed to be a good elsewhere for me. But there's nothing to do, the manager in Houston isn't answering any of the 20 questions I sent off to him, my other manager has nothing for me to do and I'm running out of interesting internet sites that are safe to view at work.
I'm going to put out a "will work for work" sign on my door and sit in here taking requests real soon now. At least I brought one of my art tablets in, so I'm not completely helpless.
