Also, my Elfwood gallery is back up and running. You can see it at
Jo's Elfwood and my Epilogue gallery is at Jo's Epilogue

For the most part, the art will be the roughly the same in both galleries. Elfwood has very lenient submission guidelines, so my work in progress and sketches will show up there. Epilogue is pretty strict and only my better pieces will be in that one. You'll probably just be able to go to the elfwood one and see all of my stuff, though.

None of my colored stuff is going to go up any time soon, though I may make an exception if I ever get the damn Autumn Fairy finished. Or if I start carrying around colored pencils again instead of my graphites.

*DANCES AROUND LIKE A MANIAC*
WOOHOO! JO ART! JO ART I HAVEN'T SEEN BEFORE!
WOO *cough* *cough* *hack* *sniffle* sorry, the caps lock was stuck. Really.
Anyway - Yay! I'm so, so, so happy to see some of your stuff up - and even happier
to see stuff I haven't seen before (little belonging-thing that would be). I love her!
something very Michael Moorcock in her lineage, too, I think. That's what she triggered
in my head, anyway.

I'd post comments for you on Elfwood, but after reading the comments from, well,
actual *artists* there, I feel dreadfully underqualified to do so. ...And biased.
Waaaaay too biased.

Makes me feel like dropping all the fanfic I'm working on and spitting out some of my
original stuff. Though I promised myself I wouldn't do that until I finish one of these
awfully complex fics I've started...

And, since I've been hitting conventions, I'll keep my eyes open
and slaughter anybody I see passing your stuff around w/out due credit/royalties. :-)

I have lots of new work. I have 2 completed pastel pieces you haven't seen, I have the f#@!%^& Autumn fairy which is much farther along than last year (man, I hate measuring pictures in years), I have a mostly completed HUGE pastel that you're going to love. I just need to finish part of the background and redo some of the inking. I also have random pencil drawings that haven't made it up here yet. There is no shortage of jo work.

And I'm still waiting for the Dust Kitties story, dammit! I want to draw cute little kitties with buttons and string for eyes.

*sniffle* but I promised to finish the Escaflowne-fanfic before I could start my original stuff, 'cos if I can pull that one off, then I'll be qualified...

I need to pass you some anime so that you'll be able to read my stuff
and know what I'm blabbering on about.
And the 2002 version of Time Machine... I had lots of fun with that one... it's not smut...

...I want to make costumes for you, dammit.
Seems to be how I've been expressing affection for the past year or so.
Don't let me get away this Christmas before I get your measurements. >:-)
