Last night I managed to do something I haven't done in years. I got stuck halfway through getting off of a horse. I had a western saddle on George, it was too big for him and he didn't like it, I went to hop off so I could put a different saddle on him and...I got stuck. The leg that was supposed to swing up over his back didn't. It got hooked on the cantle of the saddle and I hung there plastered to George's side while I tried to figure out how to get my leg loose without landing flat on my back. It didn't help that the saddle slid down off of his back and down around his side thanks to my fat ass hanging on it.

Luckily, George is a very understanding horse and just gave me dirty looks about the whole deal. My only excuse is that I rarely ever put my butt in a western saddle, I normally do english or bareback. English saddles only have an inch or so of cantle as opposed to the six inch one on a western saddle. Anyways, chalk one up on the clumsy side of things.

Also, Tisa is HUGE. You can see the baby kicking now and you can tell she's none to happy about it. I spent part of last night just brushing her and petting her. I think that's as active as I'm going to ask her to be until after the foal is born.
