Nice. I'm surprised at how muted it is (don't interpret as a bad thing). The use of only white and blue shades (and very little dark blue) certainly has an effect. It's not 'flashy' but that might be exactly why some like it.
I'd like to see that necklace be made out of pearls, but that's just me. :)
There are three colors in this...teal, french ultramarine and black. I wanted to actually make a piece that looked more like traditional watercolors. A lot of the time I go for bright and intense and they look more like acrylics than anything else.
That necklace actually isn't painted ...its just a random pencil line that I didn't get erased or covered well enough. I thought no one would notice but I guess I should do something about it :)
