Four days of this shit is quite long enough, thank you.
A week and a half of traveling with sick people finally caught up with me Thursday night and I've been sick every since. I took Friday off in the theory that a day in bed would get me back on my feet faster. The cold just laughed.
Right now I sound like Derrick Parker* gargeling and my body has hunkered down to perfect the art of being a mucus factory. I'm bundled up in 3 layers of clothing, I'm still cold and, if it weren't for work, I'd be under my blankets still. Unfortunately, I HAD to come in today, at least briefly. Luckily, I've managed to get some meetings moved and I can go home early this afternoon.
Dumb game anyways.
