the cold in my head
Jan. 18th, 2005 10:52 amIts cold out. Really really cold out. My slightly damp hair froze into a sheet between the house and the car this morning and that distance takes about 8 steps to cross.
So now I'm cold. There's no reason for me to be cold. I'm in my nice, well heated office. I have the sun pouring in my windows. I even climbed up on my desk and told the vent to let more heat in ... but I'm still cold. My hands are icey and I'm huddled under my fleece jacket shivering while I type. I know its not actually cold in here but my head says it is and my body is listening to it. What a dumb game.
