Still sick

Got news back from the doctors. Basically, everything came back negative except the white blood cell count. So I'm infected but we don't know with what. The doctor said to finish out the antibiotics and see if I feel better. If after a week I don't or if I have other symptoms, such as a high fever or anything, I should come back and we'll do round two of blood tests.
