What schedules?

So the plan for this week drastically changed when one of my project managers called in and asked if I could man a booth at the Draper Tech Expo. At least its a booth for one of my projects and I'll actually know what I'm talking about with it.

If you ever wanted to know what goes on in the weirdly shaped building at Technology Square, stop by Wed. 12-4 or Thurs 9 -1. Its normally pretty interesting and they often bring things up out of the critter lab for the day. If we're lucky, the the robot tuna and the throw-bots will be out and about. I love the throw-bots. If they ever mass marketed the throw-bots, I'll have a dozen of them and terrorize the cats. Throw-bots make me happy.

I'll be at the "Dynamic, Real-Time, Autonoumous Control of Unmanned Vehicles" Booth, accourding to the fliers I was given. Funny, we just call it the Framework IR&D the rest of the year.

I worked briefly in Technology Square years ago, a contract position, and there were all sorts of window gymnastics going on between residents of that building and of ours, ah memories.

My office USED to be right beside the sky walk between the buildings and we'd hold up signs/pretend semephore with the guys across the road.

Now my group is over in 1 Kendall due to remodeling. We get to play chicken at that nasty intersection whenever we need to go to the main building.

There is a big glass genzyme in that area, though I work in the older castl-y one on the Harvard campus.

I'm familiar with the place. It glows nicely at night. I guess there are more than one weirdly shaped building at Tech Square.
