Stupid art theives...
http://www.photocasket.com/

Quite a bit work by Nene, Royo, Jessica Galbreth, Linda Bergkvist and Ruth Thomson on there. There's also a lot of art I recognise but don't "know" right off the top of my head. Pass the link along if you have contact info for any of these people...

Edit - Michele, there's one of yours in the Fairies area, somewhere around #137.

I didn't think you allowed people to add sparklies and such to your stuff ...

Is this page just new, or did you miss their "Copyright Issues" page?
http://www.photocasket.com/copyright.html

Granted, it is still pretty scummy to go ahead and steal art, and then say, "well, if you happen to notice that we stole your art, you can jump through these hoops to get us to take it down."

Saw that issues page, which is completely ass-backwards. Its not on me to jump through hoops to protect my copyright, it should be on them to check and make sure they aren't breaking the law in the first place. That thing will never stand up in court ... which it won't get to since I have their host provider who, like every host provider, disallows this sort of thing in their user contract. Contacting the host should get the site shutdown since hosts really dislike cease&desist letters from Disney (someone else they are ripping off).

I agree it's ass-backwards; I posted the link because it was the closest I came to finding any sort of contact info, though.

Thanks for checking. Someone from deviantart let me know that some of my stuff was on there, so now I have to go "argh" at the host provider and see how long it takes them to do something.
