The good side of no Boy

The Boy is off in Austin this week for work so I am left to my own devices.

This means I can have mushroom popovers, goat cheese and red wine for dinner and not have to justify myself to anyone.

Oh, he likes all of them. He just doesn't agree that they go together or that they make a perfectly adequate dinner.

Damn, I really wish I had seen this in time. He would have loved to have hung out with you while he was there. ARGH!
