Yay #1) Our oven is fixed. It now starts up in just about a minute. [personal profile] nuns, next time you want to bring a pizza to D&D, you won't be stuck eating indian food. Assuming reasonable weather, I'm making shepards pie soon.

Yay #2) [profile] zyrain pointed out that I am not using the asyserver to its proper potential. Namely, I should be hosting my web pages there and get www.joflasher.com instead of mooching off of chiappa's snurgle network. He's also offered to install shopping card and credit card functionality onto asyserver if I want. I may take him up on that later if there seems to be enough traffic to warrant it.

So my web pages will be moving soon. Its also time to redesign them into some more maintainable. Guess I get to learn CSS, cause everyone agrees frames are the epitome of evil. Oh well, its supposed to rain this weekend anyway. Time to find a reference book.

Skip the book; you'll only hate yourself for it later. Try WDG CSS reference, HTML Master's reference, or Webmonkey. That should at least give you a good idea of what CSS does and doesn't do.

Specifically, I don't think it quite replaces frames in the way you think it might.
