Why, an allergical reaction to an unknown substance, thank you very much. Along with the chocolate bunnies and the pinappled ham, I also got a nasty rash and a large lump on the one side of my throat. This morning when my face turned beet red and swelled about twice its normal size, I decided enough was enough and trucked myself down to the emergency room. All they could tell me was that it isn't some sort of poison Ivy and its not a food allergy. A shot of benedryl later and I look normal again. I have cream and pills and if it doesn't behave itself after a few days, I'm to go in and start getting skin tests done to find out what's causing it.

Oh, benedryl shots knock you out MUCH quicker than benedryl pills...I had less than 15 minutes after the shot before I started swaying. I spent most of the morning at the hospital and all of the afternoon sleeping it off.
