how quickly we are addicted
Aug. 20th, 2004 10:59 amA few months ago, the Boy came home from work with an old Palm Pilot. Someone had given it to him when they got a new one. Now the Boy didn't really want it but I'd been making noises about wanting one for a few months. Presto, I get a Palm Pilot.
Its a little old, has nothing but the very basic programs on it and it doesn't have the software to interface with our computer. Still, it has a date book and an address book and a todo list and its easy on the batteries. Wonderful. I loved it. I still can't consistantly use the pen to write a "y" but it is definitely one of the more useful little toys I own. I named it Fribbit.
Somehow, Fribbit got left at home today. No phone numbers, no date book, no todo list. I'm at a loss. I just scheduled 3 appointments at various barns this weekend and I HAD TO WRITE THEM ON PAPER!!! Oh the horrors. I feel completely out of whack because Fribbit isn't here to keep all my records in order.
