Not only did it have a recipe for chinese pork buns but it also gave variations on the filling so I could use up the leftover ham sitting in the fridge. Yay, ham buns. On the down side, my little steamer machine could barely fit 6 of them at a time. Not that Boy and I needed 6 (I brough half of them in with me for lunch today) but making them for friends could be a problem.
